That is indeed a Yummy Tummy. My Mazy has a dotted tummy and looks a lot like Tabby. Does Tabby let you touch that Yummy Tummy? Mazy cat's Yummy Tummy is OFF LIMITS, and she teases my all the time by showing it to me.

Tolly and Jennie like their Tummy's stroked and nuzzled and snuffled.
Every now and then I sneak in a touch to Mazy cat's. Hehe. Like when I'm slipping her harness on I'll sneak a stroke.
