Difficulty getting Natural Balance

15 lb bag. I have been having problems getting NB feline dry lately. I have a standing order at the local Pet Supplies Plus. For the last 2 times, my bags have not come in and they never call and let me know. I am getting tired of calling and them telling me Oh there are problems at the warehouse. Just thought someone might be having the same probs. Thanks

Do you have a petco anywhere nearby? Others here have had luck with petfood direct - I've only ordered smaller things from them and they were quick.

Petco and Petsmart always have it on the shelf. We use the canned NB - not the dry.

but it was more expensive. I did not see it at the Pet Smart. Supplies is just closer to home, don't have to go into the "city" for it. Right now I am waiting for their truck to arrive. I am really getting tired of this!

Can you afford to buy 2 or 3 bags at a time and when you open the last one, then start checking or ordering another bag or so?

back from Petco. Boy, was that a great site....a pile of NB 15# bags! I am through with Pet Supplies Plus. I called to see if their truck was there yet. The first kid I spoke with said it was unloading now, can I come up in 3 hours? This was at 2 pm. Well, they had screwed me up before and I said, that I had very hungry kitties here. Then another person comes on and says the truck ISN'T there, its broke down! Well, that was it, I went up to the "city" and there it was! I will be buying a couple of bags at a time especially when the bad weather sets in. Man, I got home 1/2 hour ago and they are still crunching back there! What do you want to bet it didn't come in anyway. It hasn't for the last 2 times and no one bothered to call me. I know this is just a small thing, but it just gets my goat that there is so little customer service anymore. Thanks guys!
