One of my kittens ((Hobbit)) has started having some eye troubles. His eyes are cleare but a yellowish fluid is coming off them, kind of like his eyes are snot-ing.

I have an apointment to bring him to the vet tomorrow, but I just wanted to see if any of you guys have any ideas on what might be going on wiht the poor little guy.

None of the other kittens even remotley show signs of the same thing, and he's as healthy and active as he was before it happened.

Anyone?

The vet will be able to give you the right diagnosis. If it's something that spreads easily, you may have to treat everyone - ask the vet. In the meantime, you can soak a cotton wool ball in some warm water, squeeze out most of the water and gently wipe away the fluid and any dried fluid from around the eye. This should keep the kitten comfortable until you see your vet tomorrow. Keep a close eye on the other kittens as they may develop the same thing.
