there is a new 'breed' called American Ringtail cats and TICA accepts them for registration status only.

She certainly is a cutey

I just read up on the breed!! She is definitely an american ringtail!! How cool!

Mom's neighbour has a ginger cat with a tail like that!
I always comment on it,as I never seen a tail like that either!

Oh my heart. Ebony is too too precious. I have a soft spot for black cats, and she's an absolute doll. Thank you for adopting an adult cat (or, rather, thank your brother), especially a black one.

that is a little tuft on her lower belly! very cute. She is adjusting OK. Only OK in that she has come right out of her little shell and walks around like she owns the place.....however she has decided that eating and drinking is not for her (started a thread in the health section) *sigh* so we might have to disrupt her calm confidence and take her to the vet sooner rather then later
