I think I have finally found a Pomeranian

My sweet girl Sophie passed away last October




I have been looking for another Pom but haven't been able to find one. I stumbled across a breeder 100 kms for my town. She doesn't haven any right now but is expecting puppies next week. She refered me to another breeder , who refered me to two more breeders, both of which have puppies available. After checking them all out. I have decided to wait what the puppies near to me look like. This way I will be able to go and see the puppy and her parents. I will also be able to see the way the breeder cares for them. The breeder will send me pictures as soon as they are born.

Fluffy little Poms are so cute! That's exciting that you have puppies to look forward to. that you find the right one for you.

I think I'd wait too - are you looking at the same color? Or something different so you won't compare them. I'm sure you know that the Poms were once the size of sled dogs - I find that very interesting.

I am not set on any particular color. The Mom is Black the Dad is red sable like Sophie. I am more interested in this breeder because she is close to me. The others are willing to ship a puppy. I want to see the puppy and where it comes from.

Be sure to stay clear of any suspicious looking breeders. Watch out for back yard breeders (BYB) or puppy mills. Check paper work, visit the parents, etc. Have fun!

The breeder just emailed me pictures. There are 4 puppies. The two females are blue. A very rare colour. I told her I was interested , I am hoping to see them soon.
