Its that time that my fall allergies have been starting. However early this morning (3 am) I woke with a headache which has stayed with me all day. I took my Claritin/12 hr sudafed and some ibuprofen which then leaves me feeling fuzzy/air head like most of the day. Sometimes I think one can dry out sinus's too much so I watch how much sudafed I take.

But the dull headache still persists and I noticed on NOAA's website we have a air quality alert until tuesday so I'm wondering if this is contributing to this headache??

Thoughts????

It is quite possible that it is. I know when my allergies are acting up if we get a prolonged period when the days are hazy and air quality is poor I am more likely to end up with a sinus infection. I have had several over the years and I believe the weather has contributed a certain amount to all of them. I have found that on days like that my best bet is to stay indoors. My doctor has even suggested wearing a mask on those particular days as well.

I usually sleep with the windows open but the window just above my side of the bed is shut.

Usually my allergies aren't really too bad I haven't had the itchy eyes, just a stuffed up head.

We have been sitting outside more in the evenings too in the past week.

I woke with a headache today too. And I have bad allergies. We're getting a lot of smoke from the California fires and have one wild fire of our own out here. I know that has an affect on me. Had to start using my inhalers again too.
