Today I managed to find new homes for all of Loudmouth's babies, except the one I'm keeping, and even Blue from her last litter found a new home!
Everyone who came to look gave me good vibes, and the ones that took babies home all had really good personalities and seemed like they would be good kitty parents. Each of them even gave me their phone numbers and signed a "kitty care adoption agreement".
Each kitty went home with a care package with 1 week worth of dry food, a can of canned food, a toy, and a birth certificate. Blue was spayed and had her rabies shot already, so that paperwork went with her too. :-)
I'm now down to only 5 kitties from 12! The house seems Soooooo empty now. Soon Mama Loudmouth will be spayed too, and as she's the last one not fixed, there will be no more itty bitty kitties. I'm so happy and I feel so good today. Most of the kitties either went with a litter mate or to a home that has no pets, so I'm sure they'll all get good care and be just fine.
