Morning folks!

It's going to be another hot day today. I guess we are getting summer late...it's finally kicking in!

Yesterday my hubby told me that he got caught by the red light camera in my car, so we will be getting a ticket for $180 in the mail, plus it goes on my driving record. I am so annoyed
If it was anyone othern than my DH I wouldn't speak to them for a while. Now I am going to have this thing on my record for three years and it wasn't even me driving. OMG it burns me up. I forgave hubby because he is my hubby...but I am still so angry about it. It is so not fair.

Other than that, I am actually going to try to go to the gym tonight. I have been putting it off everyday because when I get home and DH is here I don't wanna leave him
But, I mustn't be flabby or maybe he'll leave me
(I kid)

Anyway, I gotta go...ciao peeps!

I really hate those things. We started with 4 in my city, then we went to about 20, and now most of them have the speed cameras on them as well, although since they don't take a picture unless you're 12 miles over the speed limit, that's not too big of a deal to me. I saw a study that showed they actually do reduce the number of T-bone accidents, but they tend to increase rear end accidents because people will jam on the brakes instead of going through a very make-able yellow light. That same study also said just increasing the length of the yellow light instead would reduce the T-bones without increasing rear end collisions, but of course that wouldn't make the city money.

I'm still sitting at home getting ready to head off to work and watching the kitties finish up the scraps of their breakfast. It looks to be a really pleasant day today - sunny with a high in the low 80's. After work, I'll head over to the gym for an hour or so and then back home for the evening. I'll be going in early tomorrow so that I can leave early, so I need to go to bed early so I can get up.

Morning All!!!

Looks like it is going to be another great day here as well.

Have several errands to run this morning. Am going to try and get those done up early so I will have the rest of the day just to goof off.

Have to pick up some extra kitty litter which is on special this week, and I also want to stop by the farmer's market as well.

Have to stop by the hospital as well for blood-work. My hemoglobin is still a little low but at least it has been holding steady for the last 4 months. Most likely will have to start getting B12 shots monthly but that's not to bad.

The kitties are all being silly this morning. Tearing around the house, wrestling and carrying on like little banshee's. Guess the like the sunny but cooler weather as well..

Everyone have a great day

That reminds me, I have some bloodwork to get done.

I think things are finally turning around for me......I'm feeling a bit better today, so thats a good thing. Maybe I will actually eat something more than toast and applesauce today

I'm going to try to get out of the house for at least 10mins today.

Don't like being sick

Hello,

Another sunny day with temps in mid-70's!

Have the basil and red onions picked to bring to work. Also dug out another row of potatoes, got some in the garage cleaned and in a bushel basket. Also cut more broccoli-I think that might be coming to an end.

Stopping at the bank before work then home and having garden potatoes, some broccoli and tomatoes with stuffed pork cutlets.

The last Packer pre-season game is on TV tonite so might have to watch some of that after working in the gardens.

The cats-well Bender has the rips the others are more well mannered!

Have a good one!!

Trouts Mom---That is a major bummer!!! Just like my dad doesnt understand that when I am driving and he is with me, with no seatbelt, if we get pulled over we are both getting tickets!
But look on the bright side at least it wasnt a DUI, we have had plenty of those in our family....nobody learns do they
. I just thought of this, can you or your hubby go to traffic school? Because here you can go to traffic school and get the ticket off of your record now. Good Luck with it!

So i am off to my Horse Production class, LMAO my teacher must love cats, which makes her my fave teacher!
Because she always talks about her cats and compares cats skeletal system to horses, like cats are flexible and horses are not... Anywho on the first day she talked about how there is like 60 million cats in the US and only 9 million horses....i heard someone in the back, say "I hate cats, lets dump them all in the river"
why are people sooo mean? Anywho after that its barn time! Then the rest of the day off! I have no school tomorrow due to Furlough Day at campus!!!!
But I have to work the night shift until 2am, then come back 7 hours to work the morning shift.....its gonna be a lovely weekend!!
Have a Great Day everyone!!!
