Access Difficulties

On the 15th of June, (14th of June for USA), I tried to visit the site and found that I couldn't. I got the usual error saying that the page was temporarily unavailable or that I may have typed the address incorrectly. This has happenned twice for me now. And I did check my internet connection and even telephoned my ISP to see whether they were having any difficulties in connecting to any particular sites. They weren't.

Just wondering what else it could be.

Well, at times our server has gone down and you can't access the site for a short while. Its happened to me on a couple of occasions. Usually though the problem corrects itself within a very short time frame. As far as I know on the 14th there were no technical problems here though. Perhaps it was your connection or ISP?

It definitely wasn't the connection or ISP. They have a 24 hour contact number. And I could get to the meowhoo site okay but not TCS. Thanks for replying.

For how long was the site down for you? Did your ISP ask you to ping the site? I don't know of any technical failures on the 14th or 15th.
