Territorial Anxiety Disorder?

This is what my Tiger Milo has.

3 B&Whites living happily, then comes Milo. Still everyone is happy. 1 B&White suddenly passed away from Leukemia *was tested negative at 3.5 years old was positive*, so I rescue another B&White, Now the Tiger cat pees on other people's stuff that they bring into the house and an occasion, a blanket.

He does not strain to pee, all seems ok there. He is mean as heck to the females (2) and loves the new Boy rescuse.

Think I am on point? What is one to do about this issue? What about those Felix Spray/Difusiors? Anyone use them?

into an established community, there can be problems. Is the problem cat neutered? You can use the Feliway spray or plug in. It gives out a calming scent (pheremone). People do say they work. Much luck to you.
