Being unemployed, I can't take Whisky into the vet right now. I've been dealing with a bleeding ear for a few months now. I've been giving him Animax for it and it comes and goes. I clean out his ear the best I can each time.

Is there something I can make at home that will stop the bleeding until I can get him in?

If you can't take him to the vet, can you call the vet and ask? What is the cause for this bleeding?

I'll call the vet that I got the ointment from.

Ask him about Tresaderm - That is what I have home for all ear and skin troubles.... I always have tresaderm, neosporin, and colloidal silver for them...
Tresaderm can be used in the ears as an antibiotic, anti fungal, and also kills mites - this way if the bleeding is due to any if these problems, you are good.
With bleeding though... I am not sure...

Is the bleed from the outer part of the ear or from the ear canal itself? If the ear canal your kitty really needs a vet.

Talk to your vet and let them know your situation? Lots of people are having problems now, surely they would understand and offer some payment plan or direct you to a vet that will.
Other than that, is there anything at all that you can cut in your spending or something you can sell? Maybe see if someone needs help with something and will pay you a little money for your time?
