Yesterday, my bf and I officially started our house hunt. The house we are in right now is alright but we want something different. This one needs some remodeling so we will see what the best option is. We looked at a house and I was super excited and nervous, but it ended up being crap. It looked really nice from the outside, but I knew as soon as I walked in I would have to say, "no thanks!". We will see what else is out there. We live in California, so the market is really competitive. Our agent sent us an email for a nice house, but then later emailed saying the house already had 37 bids on it! It's crazy!
Anyway, hoping we come across something soon. I'm sure we will find some better ones to look at.
