Jake goes outside in an fenced area, and today he had a visitor!! It was a little all black kitty, probably around 6 months old. I wasn't paying attention because lately when Jake goes outside he just lies down and absorbs everything- the birds, insects, etc. lol so I don't worry about making sure he doesn't jump the fence. But, today I saw a kitty jumping the fence and I thought it was Jake!! I was like OMG he is escaping..but when I looked again it was a black kitty probably 1/3 of his size and much more mobilelol. He/she jumped in without me seeing it, and I am assuming saw Jake and freaked out and I saw him/her bolting really fast. Jake didn't even react just he had this critical look in his eyes like "wow this is one silly little creature". I thought I'd never see the kitty again, but sure enough I saw it by my neighbor's door later on ..I am pretty sure it's either a feral or a stray though because my neighbor wouldn't have her door closed if it was her cat...If I see it again I am going to put some food out.

That's funny!
Awww.... poor baby! Would it be a problem to leave food out regardless? Do you have raccoons or other creatures around there?

i don't want to leave food because of raccoons...if i see her i will give her some food. I think it's a she because of her face shape but if I see her again I will check the sex too...
