I'm back on Jenny Craig. This is day #3! So for lunch I'm having a turkey sandwich, dried apricots, a few graham wafer crackers and some milk. For breakfast I'm having 1/2 of a grapefruit, a homemade cheese danish and some milk. And for dinner I'm supposed to be having Beef Sukiaki, rice and a salad, but I am going out to dinner and having Greek food!

I'm afraid of lunch food now!
Let me explain..

Sunday might/Monday morning (around 1:30AM), I woke up and let's just say spent some quality time in the bathroom. BF thought it could've been from lettuce I ate on a veggie 'balogna' and mayo sandwich (new head of leaf lettuce) that I might not have washed well enough, or maybe I swallowed some icky water in the ocean on Saturday. Spent Monday in bed too, drinking gatorade and pedialyte.

Yesterday, Tuesday, I was finally getting a bit hungry for lunch actually, so I thought i'd take it easy and make some noodles and broth. I apparently turned on the wrong burner (freakin electric stove), and when i noticed, I grabbed the pot handle to move it to the correct burner, but I guess it was too close to the 'on' burner, and so I burnt my hand.
Dropped the pot, water splashed all over, luckily the water was not hot since it wasn't being heated.. So i got some burn spray, and I now have my hand wrapped in gauze with some aloe on it. It's not terrible, just a small blister on my middle finger, no blistering on my palm that i noticed, but it stings.

So now what do i have for lunch? No boiling water, I'm afraid. No sandwich, I'm afraid of that too in case it was the mayo or veggie lunch'meat', especially since i am flying tomorrow. Don't want a bad tummy for that!

What can i eat??? I feel better now, and I'm hungry!

By the way, I settled on carrot sticks and flax seed tortilla chips for lunch. No heat (and therefore no injury) involved there!

Well, we're not there yet, but Thursday is Principal's Lunch, so probably soup, salad and buns. Not fancy, but the soup is always really good.
