DH doesn't get home until 2:00 or 3:00 so we'll probably have "linner" (kinda like brunch, only later). We have chicken thighs and legs to cook and a few breasts in the freezer for me. I also got fresh green beans at the market yesterday...LOVE fresh beans. Actually, I've been snacking on them raw all day so I really should stop before I eat them all!
Being a child of the 50's, today I am fulfilliing a craving - Spam sandwich
I ate leftover spinach and artichoke dip I made yesterday.

We are kind of having linner also. I skipped lunch but I think we are keeping it really simple and having frozed pizza
After Church we went to a nice local Tea Room, and I had the Cream Tea which was Seafood Bisque and Scones and several cups of Dejarling(SP)? Tea. Delicious!

The sauce I make the chicken in, always tastes sooooo much better the next day.

Sandwich of somekind and some fruit...That pretty much what I have everyday.
I made ham and cheese rolls yesterday for lunches and maybe a supper this week. So that's it today, along with some cherry tomatoes from the garden, and maybe a TimTam or two after.
1/2 whole grain bagel with light plain cream cheese. Craisins and celery sticks.
Turkey,Cranberry Sauce and Cream Cheese on Dutch Crunch with Chips and a Cherry Soda.
My favorite grocery store has these wonderful plum size tomatoes that are grown locally. They are so delicious, that I have been having tomato sandwiches for at least a week.
Yeah, I know, the same thing for days, but they are only in season a short time.

Since we're having a big breakie, DD and I will have a light lunch.
Honeynut Cheerios, and a banana.
(I didn't pack alot of food to bring with us, so we need to go do a little grocery shopping. But I did bring a bag of cereal and some milk....hmmm, only one bowl though, so we'll have to take turns)
