Pyramid Solitaire scores not being recorded

I've been trying out the Pyramid Solitaire game and getting very frustrated. When the game ends it goes to a screen that gives me the option to "play again" or "download full version". No option to submit my score. I thought it might be that my computer or browser doesn't support the game. I don't have access to another computer, but I did try a different browser, with the same result. I checked out the high scores and there are only 17 names on the list. Surely more people have played this game, so I'm thinking it's not just me. Is this a glitch in the game or something that can be fixed on TCS?

We can unstick a tournament most of the time, but can't alter the games themselves. Some simply don't work properly. Maybe somebody who has played it will be able to give you a tip.

GoldyCat, I have played Pyramid Solitaire a lot and I even had the high score for a while.
Here are some tips about playing it.
The game has a time limit of 2:30 and you have to play 3 rounds of the game and click on "New Deal" for the 2nd and 3rd game.
If you don't finish the 3rd game by the time the timer hits 0:00 then you get the dreaded purple screen and it won't save your score.
You have to play the game fast enough to finish in 2:30 and before the timer gets to 0:00 you have to click on "Resign" then click on "Yes" when it asks if you want to save the score.

Guess I'll have to watch the clock more closely. I've just been playing until the time runs out.
