Morning peeps!

It has been hot and humid here for the past few days. Our new apartment gets so hot, so we have been cranking the a/c. Then I am cold when I wake up

You can't win!

Trout is a little more herself this morning. But she stays in the livingroom, and makes no move to explore the kitchen. Too many predators in there I guess

So, off to work in a bit...and then Big Brother tonight!

Morning All!!

Rainy and cooler here this morning, which is find with me because I have had enough of the heat.

Up and about early, I have a doctor's appointment this morning then a couple of other errands to run.

After that I will most like just come home and nap. Have been having sleeping issues for several days now and am starting to look and feel like a zombie.

The kitties are good this morning, lounging in the window enjoying the cooler air also..

Rainy here, I suppose you could say it was cooler, but the increased humidity makes it feel yucky.

But, looking at the longrange forecast, the AC will be going OFF tonight

I really don't like AC, but I don't like warm and humid even more

A whole lot of nothing planned today.

Might tackle "The Pile" (aka my desk) again, as its getting cluttered again. Maybe watch a movie or 2 with my kidlets, read a bit.....

Nothing too exciting.

Morning.

I managed to drag myself back into work again this morning. I still haven't managed to get up at my 'normal' 6:30 yet, but I managed to get up at 7:30 and make it in by 9. It's hard to get back into the swing of things after a long time off. I'm going to try to be productive today because I have a lot of various projects that I need to finish off.

I haven't decided yet what I'll be doing after work since I went to the gym last night and don't really need to go again. I got an e-mail last night from my department head at the university asking that I return the key to my cubicle and clear it out so that he can reassign it, so I may take off a bit early and go do that. Other than that, no big plans for tonight. I may play a game on my computer for a while, then I'll try to get to bed at a decent hour.

My baby has a tapeworm!!

I guess it's not a huge deal but I never dealth with that before so it's gross and scary. Picking up some pills today though so I should stop worrying so much.

Other than that... another day alone at the office, with not much work to get done and too much time to goof off like I'm doing right now. Then alone after work too with BF out of town til Thursday...

Oh I want to find a new sponge holder thing for the kitchen sink that's not metal and won't rust. Might look at Bed Bath & Beyond since I have 20% off coupons. The one good thing about BF being away is that I get the garage parking spot, so I feel like i can be out later and do some shopping and not have to worry about finding street parking later on.
