We put an offer on a house tonight!!!

We need lots of vibes. We put an offer in on a house tonight and they have until tomorrow at 10 PM to answer back on it. We really want this house, and at the price we offered.

It is a two story colonial with 3 bedrooms and one a half baths, basement, garage and nice big yard--beautiful hardwood floors, just waiting for kitties to run across them.

Remember if the inspection doesn't go so well you can use that as a bargaining tool. And don't use the inspector recommended by the realtor. Get an independent guy.
