Morning All!!

Well it looks like Trout's Mom is MIA this morning, no doubt very tired from her move this weekend.

Cloudy here this morning think we are suppose to be in few thunderstorms.

I am pretty weary this morning, did not sleep well at all last night so I am thinking my day is going to be pretty quiet.

The kitties are window watching .

Our new place is closer to work so I get to wake up 20 minutes later!!

Anyhoo, we are indeed tired from the move however we have had the chance now to spend a few nights in our new bed and it is amazing! We are having great sleeps!

Trout hid for the first whole day she was here. She came out a little yesterday morning and at night she came to find us in bed. She is not comfortable enough yet to be herself though. She was laying on her cat tree for a little while while her daddy was on the computer last night. We put it right beside the computer so she could be near us when we're on it.

Anyway, all in all, things are good

Mornin.

Very very humid here today. It's only almost 8 and already the house is at 77F, but feels warmer than that due to the humidity. Once DD is up, and I can shut the windows, I'll run the AC for a bit.

I'm really beginning to despise Sundays and Mondays.

Mark's gone for the week, but at least he has a good job.

Shelter day this morning. I hope some of the folks who looked at cats this weekend will come back and adopt.

Morning!

Nice, but humid here this morning. At least we have AC at work, so it shouldn't be too noticeable.

We got the chimney fixed yesterday. They did a nice job on it and even closed up the busted cap on it so nothing can get in.

So now I only have one more thing on my big-stuff-to-do-before-the-end-of-the-year list...although I'll probably put that off for a bit.

Lets see...it's Monday, so no real plans. Work. Gym. Home.
I'm hpoing DH gets a call for work sometime reasonably soon...he's starting to get bored arund the house, but at least I'm getting plenty of house-things done.

Good morning everyone. The cats are going crazy for food and treats. They were fed but we ran out of food for their little snack before every goes to work.
I think they will survive.

I have become a Kmart double coupon freak. I got $71 of stuff for 12$ yesterday. I plan on making many more trips and hunting for more deals. It did take 4 hours or organizing yesterday. If anyone is interested in learning more send me a PM and I will direct you. It's great getting stuff for free. The best deal with two L'Oreal products totally 15$ for FREE!!!!

It was a busy weekend and I didn't get any household chores done. I have to squeeze them all in before the IN Laws come Saturday. I did have time get my hair dyed

Yesterday we went to a birthday party. DS is pretty tired from being outside.

Off to organize coupons.

Nat-glad Da Bird came in handy.

Phew hot and humid here too! I am NOT complaining though - this year's summer has been lousy.
Pushkin threw up his entire breakfast this moring, so we're watching him.

Nice light day at work today, so I don't really have any excuse to put off all the housework that really needs doing.

Oh boy, you guys down east hang on to your hats - I am pushing a nasty mess east. Had over 4" of rain since Friday, more to come. AND it's not terrifically warm. The sky is grey and lumpy, wind is blowing, and sun is nowhere to be seen. Was cold enough last night that I plugged in the heat lamp for the barn cats. To put things into perspective about that 4" of rain, where I am, the annual average is 18" of precipitation, and we surpassed that by the end of July. Aaaaaah, another year of no summer.

House cats are somewhere, not sure where, The Three Stooges are or were sleeping in the tractor cab, and no cat is really interested in doing much other than staying warm......don't blame them in the least.

Morning. Back at work... Got back from Sonoma County, CA last night, it was a really fun trip! Genever was so happy to see us, I hate that she misses us so much when we're gone. But it's nice that she's so lovey when we're back!

So this morning BF had to fly to TX for work til Thursday. Blah. My bosses are still in Sonoma til Tuesday night, so I'm on my own at work AND at home for the next 2 days! sigh.. It's ok, I need to do a bunch of chores and also some fun stuff, I'll keep myself occupied enough.

Weather is as usual, 'June Gloom' in the morning, all grey and damp, will be sunny by noon. So predictable in SoCal...

Afternoon,

Between trips, summer classes, and a vacation last week, I haven't been around much lately. Today I'm back at work for the first time in over 10 days. When the alarm went off, I thought I hit the snooze button, but somehow I shut it off and didn't wake up until 9:30. I finished reading Dewey the Library Cat last night, so I took a little extra time and played with my kitties before I left.

It was after 10:30 by the time I finally made it to the office. Luckily, nobody really cares if you come in late or leave early so long as you get all the hours you're supposed to work in each week. I'll spend most of the day just catching up on e-mails and deciding which tasks I need to do to get caught up. After work, I'll go by the gym for a while. I've been largely neglecting my workouts this summer and I need to get back to my 3-a-week workout schedule and try to trim some of the pounds I've gained. After work, I'll have a quiet dinner at home, play with the kitties, read the latest issue of Cat Fancy, maybe watch a little TV, and try to go to bed at a decent hour so I don't oversleep again tomorrow.
