Hi Gang...

I'm looking for ideas for a suitable bedding area for our new friends that will be living in our 2 car insulated garage...

We live in SE Michigan & winter temps can be in the low 20's (day) & as low as 5-10 degrees at night...

I plan to install a kittie door in the side door to keep the door closed to trap in more heat...

Any thoughts/ideas for something I can build would be great!

...but yeah, reading through those... at least one of them mentioned that starting in September it's a good idea to start fattening them up for Winter. And it is. Feeding all of them kitten food is the best way to do this.

Thanks LDG... as I said I'm a little (ok... ALOT!) I was a kid when we had um plus ours were always given to us as kittens by friends & they all lived indoors... I'll definitely check the sites & thanks again!

Yeah, well, my "cat-hating" husband was always boiling chicken and taking out warm chicken broth with shredded chicken in it for the ferals outside. He was so obsessed about the younger ones.... and now blames me for our seven cats. I swear - only the first two were my ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The rest are all his "fault" - and if we didn't rescue them, he'd have obsessed himself to death over them!
