Mine was a dark blue 1968 Pontiac Tempest.

1994 Ford Tempo. Loved that car. Had well over 100,000 miles on it, and would've lasted longer, but the bottom was apparently rusted out and NH laws are stupid. Had to get a new car. Now have 2005 Hyundai Elantra and love that just as much as my Tempo.

1967 Pontiac Parisienne Convertible that I got for $300.

1989 Ford Escort GTO...I loved that little hoopdie car it was in great condition till some jerk smashed my windshield out when it was parked outside my house! I ended up getting a 98 Neon after that and proceded to total it after trying to drive home in the snow! :o( I loved that car..Im hoping BF can get my car fixed whenever PENNDOT decides to give my license back. Ive now got a 97 Cavalier that IMO looks like crap cuz its so beat up

A red 1989 VW Golf with a sunroof.

My first car is what I drive now, a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 that I got as a wedding present in early 2007.

(yes, I got my license later in life...have only had it for 6 or 7yrs now)

A 1986 red Dodge Omni. I had (and still have) a thing for hatchbacks! It was a quirky little car - it would threaten to stall any time I drove it within the Boston city limits, but as soon as I got out of the city and into the suburbs it behaved very well.

Mine was a bright yellow 1972 Pinto station wagon.

1999 Pontiac Grand Am GT1. Green blue color. Loved it. Cried when I sold it, wouldn't have except that I was moving to Japan and still owed on the loan.

Audi 100, but I don't remember the year.

1996 ( I think? ) Dodge Neon - it was dark green.
A bright orange 1974 Chevy Vega - bought in 1978 for $900.00. And yes, my entire family tried to talk me out of buying it. It lasted one year.

1970 Toyota Corolla Sprinter -- Dresden Blue, with black vinyl roof -- all the rage then. Sweet car.

A 1995 Hyundai Accent in bright green. My grandfather gave it to me as a present when I got accepted into grad school.

It just died a month or so ago and I'll admit it was hard to let it go.

I had a 1956 royal blue Chevy Belaire.

1965 Ford Mustang, Honey Gold (which in terms of Ford paint colors means metalic baby poop green)

1960 something Sunbeam Alpine...67-68 somewhere around there. And no it wasn't right hand drive, was one of a small handful that were shipped to Western Canada, got it used for cheap.

1991 Dodge Spirit. It got me from point A to B. But when the transmission went, I just decided to get a new one. It would cost more to replace the transmission than the car was worth so I upgraded to a car I started to build a couple years ago. It runs but there's still so much more I want to do with it.

A 1966 Dodge Charger (the first year they were built) - daffodil yellow that my parents gave me when I graduated high school. I don't have it now - sold it to a collector who has since restored the car (He worked in the factory the car was built in.)

ive only had my license for two months now and i got a daewoo hatchback 2001 model. although back when i was 18 and was going for my german license i bought a ford fiesta 82 model for $100 euros! lasted not even 6 months because like another poster the bottom of the car was so rusted you could poke it through with a screw driver! so off it went to the dump yard!

1991 silver/ grey Ford Escort. I definitely got my money's worth out of that car...it never had any mechanical problems until the tranny went out on it. It lasted 7 years, and until 2006!

A blue 1983 VW bug called "Eros" ...

'86 VW Vanagon. Not the camper, just the 7-seat version. I still drive it nearly every day, has over 200,000 miles so far. Didn't know /anything/ about auto maintenance when I got it, but that changed quickly.

1966 Plymouth, don't know the model. It was exactly the same as a '66 Dodge that my parents had. Little slant-6 engine that never gave me any problems. It lasted until 1978 when I ran over a big rock in the middle of the road and tore out the bottom of the car.

A 1988 silver Holden Astra hatchback.

Mine was a royal blue 1992 Pontiac Sunbird. It got totalled 5 days after I got it. (By no fault of mine)

1969 Plymouth Fury III. It had been an unmarked car for a few months till the cops wrecked it, the dealership sold it (repaired) to my Mom, who was then known for a while as The Little Old Lady from Pasadena, lol. She bought a new car in 77 and passed the old one down to me. Still had all the cop extras under the hood, and suspension and all. Was that a car for a wild 20 year old? Probably not, but I sure had fun in it. The radar clocked it at 140 mph once.

Mine was an 80's something Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was a piece of junk but I loved it! That car taught me a lot about driving a manual transmition like how to pop the cluthc, and slip shifting! I miss it... and can't stand the new Jeep bodies.
