hehe

Oscar got out monday morning while I was going to work. No time to catch him (not real worried, he's outdoor savvy and I live in very low traffic area). That evening, he's not back, and I'm starting to worry. Checked my text messages. I live in an apartment attached to the garage of a house owned by a friend. There was a message from said friend that started with: "I found a huge lump of feline out front..."

Ok, back to the canned food.

Haha thats great...If I may add another ending to You Know you have a fat cat..........

...When you can hear his belly swinging down the hallway before you see him sneaking in for treats!

Fatman comes by his name honestly..Cant figure out how to get him to lose weight after he got fixed he just blew up literally!!!)

Nah, he's not THAT fat. He's mostly just big. But yeah, he could stand to lose a couple pounds.

I knew Fiona was fat when she stepped on a bug and crushed it by weight alone like a person would do

My neighbors kids kept asking when Garfield (RIP) was going to have kittens. I had to explain that Garfield was a boy....

Calvin, like his human daddy, gets away with a few extra poundage due to height/frame.

Fiona is adorable. OP, any pics?

Ha, nice pic ,My first kitty was a fat male. When I brought him in for vet check up he said,"Thats one big loaf of bread" .

Other wise you know your cat is too fat when, in bed, when You say "ouch" as the cat walks over your bod.

Especially if you feel paws digging into your body when your cat walks over you...that's what happens to me these days.

When I first saw Ku Ku's shaved stomach after surgery, I discovered she has a so-called sagging waist?-line with a couple of folds.

I knew she grew bigger since spayed but I didn't quite notice what's usually hidden under her fur.
Besides, she didn't really get "bigger" - her head is still the same size, so are her legs...only her tummy. I seriously wonder if she'd need to get a liposuction & tummy-tuck next...

Photo's of Lump. He has a fun new nickname. I don't think he's been referred to as Oscar since.

Huge lump of feline

Sneaky Pie has a weight problem. One of the kids across the street who watches her when we're away was at the vet with his dog- and saw an illustration of an underweight cat- normal sized cat, and fat cat. He said to his mom "Hey mom look- Sneaky Pie's FAT!" My neighbor said that she wasn't fat- just big boned

Part of her problem was that she was eating both her food- and then she'd snack on Mistoflee's food if she was still hungry. However- Mistoflees has been gone for a week (he was 17 and I think he had kidney failure) so I don't think eating out of the other cat's food dish is going to be a problem anymore

I love it, lump of feline!

I've got one- You know you have a fat cat when... you're downstairs in the living room and you hear the thud of a big Polly jumping off the bed upstairs. And I mean THUD. Also the stairs creak when she goes up or down.

However, my mom still says she's not fat, she just has fluffy bones.
