I opened a can of coup, heated it on the stove. Ate half of it while getting caught up on all my forums. Turned to find Tolly and Jennie finishing off the other half of the soup in the pot. Serves me right I guess.

Good thing there's cereal! I got a free sample of some kind of Kashi in the mail, guess I'll have that. Out of frozen blueberries though. Humph. I think I need to do some grocery shopping.

I have chicken marinating in the fridge. Depending on when the rain starts, it will be either grilled or baked. With it we have green salad and corn on the cob.

Had some leftover spaghetti sauce in the freezer so I took that out this morning to thaw. Just have to heat that up when I get home, cook some pasta and throw some garlic toast in the oven. Easy and yummy

Pot roast for us tonight. I did it last night - just need to make the gravy and do up some veggies. Hubby has band practice tonight so a quick meal is needed.

I just ate the last of the salad leftovers from Sunday! I filled up on juice too, and I had the last piece of focaccia. I may have corn later on but I've got to go out for work in a bit.

Decided to do the Chinese thing tonight, so am thinking Chinese Greens, sweet and sour chicken, Stir-fried Vegetables with Allmonds and Plain Fried Rice. For dessert I have a couple of nice ripe mango's that are calling my name.

The pot roast last night was lovely but not enough left for tonight - drat it!

I'm picking up my brother tonight after work to bring him to our house for his flight tomorrow, hubby has an early gig at a private house party, so bro and I may just do Swiss Chalet chicken on the way to our house. With the Toronto rush-hour traffic it will take me at least 1.5 hours to just get to where he is and then another 1.5 to 2 hours back to our house so dinner out sounds good at this point.
