We bought Titanic based on the bajillions of awards it got. Watched it once, gave it away. That was a pointless, stupid movie IMO. We were left looking at each other going "What was so great about that? Sure the effects and costumes were cool, but that's about it!"

I liked the Kill Bill movies.
I love Quentin Tarantino's movies.

I'm not big on the gore for gore's sake movies so I have no desire to see Saw or that ilk. Rob Zombie's movies are amazing, but talk about freak-you-out! My gosh, that man's mind is truly scary! We watched House of 1000 Corpses and that was one of the few movies that has truly freaked me out.

Movies I refuse to see? Almost anything with Will Farrell. We did see The Ballad of Ricky Bobby only because it was NASCAR and even the drivers said there was more truth to that movie than they really wanted to admit. But I really had to plug my nose to see it...I really truly don't like him. Will not see any Sasha Baren Cohen for any reason. Refuse to see Austin Powers or Napoleon Dynamite too. Pretty much any of the "check your brain at the door, because if more that two neurons are firing this won't be funny" type of comedies.

I notice a lot of people don't like Sacha Baron Cohen and Will Farrell...I'm just curious, what would be a good comedy movie for you guys? I'm asking because comedy is my favorite genre and Will Farrell happens to be my favorite actor
I also really like Seth Rogen and Adam Sandler, Nick Swardson. I am just very curious because i am interested in comedy and distinguishing the different types of comedy and what kind of people they appeal to.

I watched it, just for the sake of watching it. Ya know, ya gotta watch out for the ever so dangerous cornsnakes that appear in it many times

I haven't, and probally never will, watch the older star trek movies.

Honestly, I'm not a big "haha" comedy movie person. I do like Kevin Smith's movies, a lot. But probably my least favorite is Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back which is more of the leave-your-brain-at-the-door type comedy.

Actually, though, I really prefer the dark comedies and well-done satires. It's an older movie, but Heathers is a classic dark teen comedy. Love that one.

Anything with Will Ferrell. I think that guy tries too hard to be funny that it isn't funny.

The only movie I have ever regretted watching was Harold and Kumar escape to Guantanamo Bay......within the first 5 minutes I wanted to leave. I have never seen a movie force humor on you more than this movie. Filled with nudity, drugs, and just plain retarded things. It was so FORCED. Why are Harold and Kumar even friends? They have NO chemistry and are nothing alike.

As for movies I haven't seen and never will, I can't picture myself saying I will NEVER watch a movie.

I used to like horror type movies a lot, but not many now. I didn't like The Descent. Girls on camping trip and fall into cave with slimy, grayish alien type figures lurking about. Just creepy.

I love horror movies. I had no idea that animals were killed in Blood Sucking Freaks. Looks like I won't be watching that one again. That's horrible. I will not watch Cannibal Holocaust or Cannibal Ferox due to the animal killing. The only thing that made me feel better about that movie was hearing that one of my favorite Italian horror actors, Giovanni Lombardo Radice, ended up stabbing one of the producers in the hand as the producer tried to force him to stab an animal instead. Still- won't be watching that one.

I will not watch any of the "Faces of Death" movies. I can't imagine why anyone would want to!

I tend to not go for movies that involve realistic characters stalking and killing other realistic characters. I like monster movies- not "real life monster" movies.

I've enjoyed almost every movie I've seen, whether it's a romantic comedy, musical, independent, subtitled, goofy comedy, or serious drama. I just love movies.

I hated The Talented Mr. Ripley, Forest Gump, Bride Wars, Frailty, and Insomnia.

I've seen parts of some. Not because I find it cool or anything, it's just because it's something I would normally never see and I find it interesting because of that. I'm mostly desensitized to that stuff now. Mostly thanks to Ogrish.com, which is closed down.

I agree with you on Bruno and I did watch Borat when it was televised and it was a waste of time for me. I also wouldn't waste my time watching any of the slice and dice, bloody gory films that are out so much. That to me is not entertainment.

If you remember Jack did try to get on the door immediately after Rose got up there but the door started to sink so he jumped back in the ocean. He probably should've tried again.

I do not like comedy movies and never did. They all seem the same to me and never funny with one exception and that is "Trains, Planes and Automobiles" with Steve Martin and John Candy. That movie actually made me laugh since it wasn't a silly boy meets girl comedy which you always know the ending before the middle of the movie. I'd rather watch a good drama.

Titanic and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (I didn't finish watching that one, but it was so long it must have been at least 2 hours I threw away).

I will never watch Steel Magnolias, and I try to avoid movies in general that feature someone dying. Not something I want to watch for entertainment.

I won't watch slasher movies. I can't stand gore for the sake of gore. Horror movies are so much better (and scarier) when they leave stuff to the imagination.

I am actually very shocked at a lot of peoples answers.......Faces of Death I totally understand, I watched 3 minutes of the first one and was horrified! The Curious Case of Benjamin Button? I agree the beginning was a little drawn out, but the last 45 minutes is the climax.
I wouldn't watch Finding Nemo for years because I thought it was a silly children's Disney movie that was exploited in the product sales, working every angle to make a penny....Then years later I watched it with a friend and LOVED IT! Proved me wrong!
Movies I actually refuse to see are hard to think of because I haven't seen them.....here's a couple
Fahrenheit 9/11
Woody Allen movies
Jonas Brothers
Truth or Dare
Hannah Montanan
I'm sure there are so many more!!!!!!

What? And miss Ricardo Montalban looking absolutely hunky and chewing the scenery?
