Back Spasm

I get these from time to time, and last night's/early this morning's were doozies. I had to stay in bed. As soon as he realized that I was not getting up, Zane jumped into the bed and snuggled up against my back.

My chiro. says I should use a heating pad when I get these spasms. In this case, it was a furry one.

They know when you're hurting. I have back problems, and when it gets really bad, Jamie curls up against my back, which is something he doesn't do otherwise.

I must say he has been remarkably docile and good today.

I give myself whiplash in april and im still getting spasms and as soon as i get one i cant move so i can completly sypmathise its horrible flash lies next to my back and purrs and sooty comes and kisses me then joins flash
