I'm new here!

Hi! I'm new here too. I inherited a love for cats from my Gran, and we currently have two cats; Sophie and Squirrel. Sophie is a 10 year old Oriental Shorthair who's been with us since kittenhood. Is it weird to say that she's like a sister to me? We act like we're sisters most of the time; we bicker, we shove each other off of the bed, but at the end of the day we're inseperable.
Squirrel is a 1 year old male we adopted from the local animal shelter the other day. He's very skittish and shy, but once he gets to know you or he's comfortable where he is, he's a huge sweetie. He's very laid back, and just loves to rub against everything and purr.
