Those darn cats and their lack of respect for ancient historical landmarks! Seriously, that's so sweet; a perfect melding of old and new.

But, on to more serious things...did you vote for Bibi? Can we leave questions for you on your blog - I'd love to learn more about Israel!

Looks like a great place to raise kittens! Does anyone have a problem with her being there?

Looks like Momma was trying to pick a quiet safe place for her babies. Doesn't seem like too bad of a location, but if you found her that means she could have been found by others.

Aw, they are so adorable! I hope they grow up safe and sound.

OMG they are so cute!! I just pray no one takes them out if there and they can be safe.

I don't think anyone would bother them. You have to have your ears finely tuned to kitten meows to realize there are cats in there. I did write to the national parks authority and cc'ed half the government offices and animal welfare groups - trying to talk them into establishing TNR in national parks.
