I'm so proud of myself. I ordered my first gift last night, admittedly for someone who is easy to buy for. (A cousin who collects wolves.) I love to finish early and then just go shopping with other people who haven't. No pressure there. I try not to second guess too much, because I'm always running into another "perfect" gift for someone. Has anyone else started?

I actually started a couple of weeks ago. Usually I pick up a few things during the Art in The Park Festival they have here every summer, and I also pick up arts and crafts items at some of the Fall Fairs that I attend in August and September. However most of it waits until mid-October when I am more in the Christmas spirit.

I have a few things for xmas for SS, and for my kids.

We don't give or recieve alot at xmas.... we do our immediate family (2kids and spouse), and we draw names on my DH's side and do an exchange there. So really, we don't have alot of people that we have to buy for.

Pretty much LMAO.

Seriously tho, there are not alot of family around.... My mom's about to move 2days driving away from here, my dad and I are estranged.... that leaves my immediate household, and the gift exchange with the inlaws.

I am looking forward to SS, as well as sending out some ROAK...... I dunno, but it makes me smile, knowing someone else is smiling because of something little that I've done

Cmon SS time

I have a really nice SS gift picked out...as long as I don't draw a man's name.
So, I'm holding off on buying it.
