Can anyone help? What breed is my cat?

Hi,

My kitten is from a stray, I think he's a domestic short hair but not sure...can anyone tell? Thanks

It is not easy to say with small kittens. But unless you have strong evidences for something else, the safest bet in all such cases is it is a domestic.

He is one darling little blue kitty. You can call him a Russian Blue if you want to; but without papers, all he is is a domestic shorthair (or longhair, it's hard to tell at that age!).

Rather, russian blue - alike or of type...


Although there are some other breeds who are or can be blue:

RB, Korat, Chartreux, blue British, perhaps even blue Oriental...


He doesnt seem to be British-alike, and definitely not Oriental, but the other three are still possible to be alike when he gets a little bigger.
