Insulin--accidently gave Goofy 1 unit

more than he should have about 15 minutes ago. He gets 2 units in the am and 1 unit at night. I accidently gave him 2. I really don't think it is a problem. I think I did the same thing with Farley v once. My daughter who had a diabetic cat thought it would be ok. It wasn't like I gave him 5 or 10 too much!! Anyone else make this mistake? Too late to call the vet without having him paged. Input would be appreciated.

Just keep checking his BG to make sure it doesn't go to low

BG at home. He is controlled by diet and insulin. Has been doing terrific, big and healthy. He periodically gets it checked at the vets. I'll just have to keep watching him till I go to bed. (and in the night). Thanks for the info. Ill keep my fingers crossed!
