Can I get some get the job vibes....

I applied for a job 3 weeks ago. I wasn't sure how much I really wanted it, but the more I think about it the more I want to get the job. It means a big move across country, but it would be perfect for me. The automated response stated that they get so many applications it takes 3 - 6 weeks to get through all of them. I did send a follow up e-mail. I haven't heart anything yet, but it was 3 weeks yesterday. So can I get some get the job vibes? SO lets get those vibes going

Quick update. I just got off the phone with someone in their HR department. I decided to call today to let them know I was still intrested and to let them know there were 3 other positions I might be intrested in. They called me back a few hours later to let me know that they were still reviewing the resume's for the position I applied for. So I guess there is still some hope.

"We're still reviewing resumes" is definitely better than, "thank you so much for submitting your resume, but we have decided not to pursue interviewing you." !!!!!

I just checked the job is still posted on the web site & the woman yesterday said that the job I applied for is actually 2 positions. I'm trying not to get to excited, but I'm tyring to remain positive. It was so nerve racking for me to call yesterday but I read a great quote that said, "Don't wait for your ship to come in, row out to meet it." So I just kept repeating that in my head while I was preparing to call.
