The new flash unit has proven to be perfect for photographing black cats; but, it still takes some practice to get them right consistently. So, I've been following Mischief around all afternoon, getting in some practice.

When he gets this cocked leg, ready to pounce, "You're bothering me!!!" look, it's time to take a break.

That ear turned back and narrowed eye look is probably a clue he's done posing as well, you think?

Oh, no doubt. He was presenting all the body and facial language of someone who was getting quite fed up.

Aw, Mischief, that's just the price you must pay for being such a gorgeous, handsome, black kitty! Don't you know the paparazzi only go after the most elusive and enchanting?
