Someone asks questions, and you raise the shoe of the person that the question relates to.

Example:
Who does most of the housework in your house.
I would raise DH shoe.

Who is the better driver?
I raised my snake, DH raised his object


You are supposed to not look at your spouse (which the happy couple obviously failed at LOL) to see what they are saying.... It can get quite funny.
