I don't know how or where this happened but I lost a year of my life.

I was at work today/school today talking with some of the ladies in the front office. Some how we got on the topic of aging and I made a reference to my b-day coming up in a few days. Then I had to stop and actually think and realized that I will be 29 this year. Here I was thinking I was going to be 28. I made them pull a calculator out to check for sure and yep 29 this year.

How in the heck did I miss a whole year.

I did this too. I was in the hospital a couple of years ago and was looking at my "bracelet" they make you wear with your name and stuff on it, then saw the birthdate. I remarked about how it was wrong and how I was going to be 40 at the end of that year but they had it at 39. Well after a heated arguement between hubby and I he finally pulled out his phone "calculator" and showed me the error of my ways.. I was honestly going to be 39 that year...WOW! I aged myself a year.. Pretty sad since I argued about it for a good 30-45 minutes... I think he thought I was on some GOOD drugs that day!

Haha, yeah.... I turned 28 in December and I still think/say I'm 27 sometimes. And sometimes I get insistent too, until I finally realize my mistake. Oops. Brain fart.

I did this at the doctor's a couple months ago when filling out the paperwork. It had a place for age and I almost wrote 30 until I realized that I was actually 31

I have no clue, but you can't get it back now - too late

Hubby and I are having fun counting backwards; next year we will be as old as his oldest son (30), and hubby says when we hit 29, we'll stop there.....

I lost a year once, but got it back the next year. I totally skipped being 25, but was 26 for two years.
