Is she spayed? If not, your girl may be suffering from pyometra and needs to get to the vet ASAP. Pyometra can kill if not taken care of.

Is she fixed? If she has vaginal discharge and has not been fixed, she could have a uterine infection called pyometra. If this is the case she needs to be seen immediately as this is a life threatening conditions.

Can you take her temperature? It is important to determine if she has a fever or not.

She was sprayed 9 years ago, this happen(the condition) once before about 3 months ago

It sounds like an infection of some kind. A lot of medicines are harsh on a cat's system, making them more prone to infections. A vet can tell you for sure and give you antibiotics for her if it is an infection.
