I got engaged in December and I really wanted to get married in April. I had everything planned. I wanted it to be intimate, just about Jon and me. I didn't want anyone to be there, because Jon and I are very shy and I didn't want us to be nervous! Then my dad got really mad and April just didn't work. I seemed like every time we decided something, it wouldn't work out. Well, we decided we're going to do it August 14th at the courthouse. My sister and his mom will be there. We're going to get our pictures done before by this photographer I know who's so good. We got his ring on Saturday! It's titanium and so cool! Of course right after all this was decided my car starts to fall apart. I'm still afraid something will happen to make us postpone it again. I feel like if I can get the marriage license it will all be downhill from there. But my car is out of commission right now, so I need to wait until I can get a ride down there. Anyway, I'm excited!
