Hello everyone, I'm new here!

I have two cats, brother and sister. Names are Mona and Oliver. My female cat (Mona) is loosing all her fur on her belly, but it doesn't look like her skin where exposed is irritated or anything like that. Anyone have an idea on why this maybe happening?

Now my male car (Oliver) has a gorging problem. When I give him food he just eats until he throws up. I tried to feed him very little but becuase I feed both cats at the same time Mona likes to eat slow and will only eat for maybe a couple minutes, so when she walks away Oliver will then go over and starts to eat from her bowl.

I'm kinda not sure on what to do so any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Chet, Mona and Oliver

Hi and welcome to TCS
. I noticed it has been a week since your first post, and you sound desperate in your last.......My first suggestion for your little girl is definitely take her to the vet. Major hair loss could be caused by so many different things, most wouldn't be obvious, and this is probably very uncomfortable for her.
How old are they? Are they both spayed/neutered? Are they up to date with their shots? Are they indoor/outdoor?

They are about 5 years old, indoor, both are spade and neutered and they haven't had any shots in maybe 3 years. Is that bad? I've taken Oliver to the vet more than Mona because its really hard to convince Mona in getting into the carrying case. I also don't make to much money and I'm scared of what the vet costs might be. A few years back I had to take Oliver to the vet on Christmas day because he had FLUTD. It cost me over $1000 for emergency surgery to save his life.

Now about Mona losing fur, it doesn't look like she is uncomfortable or anything from what I can tell and she still is her loving self but when I noticed that she lost most of her fur just around her belly area it was a little concerning.

If you guys feel that this is a issue that needs a vets attention, I will try to take her ASAP.
