Hello, We have a male cat BK, who is fixed and spoiled by us (inside cat). I was wondering if any of your cats Start the Play Time with you. Here's what BK does: He loves to sleep and sit on the ironing board, so we leave it up. While he is up there, when you walk by he lightly taps you with his paw (he does not use his claws when he does this) and when he does we lightly tap him. Another thing is he loves to play tag and what he does is, he runs up to you with his back arched and hopping and touches you with his paw and runs. Then we chase him and tag him, then when we turn to run away he chases you and as he is running after you he is tapping you on your ankles with both his front paws as he is running, it is so funny. And this can go on for about 3 or 4 rounds.
Also he sits in a kitchen chair and as you walk by he jumps straight up at you, almost turning the chair over, he weighs 14 lbs.
BK is a sweetie and I was wondering if other cats do this? This is the first cat for me but my husbands mother was a cat breeder and he was always around cats and he does not remember any of his cats doing this.

lol. Zoey has all kinds of fun games we play.

When I'm sitting in the computer chair she usually sits behind me on the floor. I will turn around to look at her and sometimes ask her a question. She answers "meow!" then we start the meowing conversation.. back and forth.. until she starts CHIRPING at me!
and inching her way toward me with her eyes all big like she's gonna pounce me! At the end of the conversation she will run up to my face, bat my head then quickly run away! Its the most hilarious thing ever..and so much fun

I have one orange cat that will lay on one of the cat condos and as we walk by he will reach out and grab for us. Unless we turn around then and pet and rub his belly, he will latch on to us until we do.

I have another kitten Taz who delights in bringing me presents and dropping them at my feet. Bounce dryer sheets, pieces of stucco, screws, bolts......LOL All the time she has these in her mouth, she is mewing like crazy. I am trying the "I am Ignoring you if you are noisy" routine with her now, especially because one of her latest gifts has been a mud dauber's nest!

LMAO!!! Oh I'd love to see that. Zoey takes her mouse when I'm trying to play with it with her and she walks away with it in her mouth!!
I try to walk after her but she just walks faster

HAHAHA This IS funny!!! Spike and Missy both, lie on the basement steps and we play hide and seek around the edge of the steps. Spike has a toy,(looks like a fishing rod with a pompom and feather on it.
If nobody plays with him that day, HE will go get it from his "toybox" and drag it in to you, and stop and look expectantly at you like: "HEY--I am ready to play N-O-W!!!"

Cats are hillarious!
