It's pouring so hard that I can't even see outside my window. And it's constantly rumbling outside! It is literally raining horizontally from west to east!

I love a good storm. What i love the best about living in Az is the monsoon storms we get. They are usually freak storms that are so much fun to sit and watch.
We had that yesterday just west of Boston. The town next to where I live had flooding in the town hall and library, and a police officer in another nearby town was hit by lightning. I work north of the city, and we barely got any sprinkles!
We had one here earlier and a tree was struck by lighting.

I LOVE storms like that! I'm the one that turns all the lights off, grab a beer, and just watches Mother Nature do her magic.
Guess this is the one we are suppose to get later this evening. I just came in from water my plants on the deck and there are huge storm clouds moving in over the bay right now. Hopefully it won't be to bad, I don't mind storms but the kitties hate them..

We had some tornadoes south of where I live and the storm moved east and they had some tornadoes just outside of Toronto, Ontario too. The father of a girl I work with took some pictures of funnel clouds. I live in the heart of the city so we don't usually get tornadoes within the city itself, but it has happened. None were reported inside the city from this storm too. Though one of our hospitals suffered some major damage but that was mostly from water. They had to close their OR and transfer patients to other hospitals.
