Does she sound pretty close?

We took in a very sweet and pregnant stray about a month ago. She's a tiny orange tabby with a heart of gold. We have no idea when she is due, but I am guessing soon.
She's got a ton of milk and has had for a while.
In the past 3 days: Yesterday morning she had milk on her nipples. Her temperature today was 99.8 this morning around 11am, then 99.5 around 5pm. She is licking down 'there' often and licking her sides/belly a lot. She's been clingy to me. She's eating and drinking but isn't eating much. She stays in her nesting box 90% of the time, and has been digging and rearranging the blankets in there. Her kittens, though not having moved much before 3 days ago, now seem like they are having a party in there!! They are rolling and kicking and seem really crowded. She doesn't seem super antsy, just a little restless. Sometimes(usually around 12am) she seems more uncomfortable, but it passes.
I haven't seen anything like a mucus plug pass.

I am being terribly impatient! lol. How close does she sound to you? I think she seems close but keep 2nd guessing myself because she hasn't given birth yet!

I sounds as if she should be having them anytime now! Bless you for taking in this little girl!

When I took Ginger in her kittens were moving all over and I thought it would be any day--she made me wait 18 days for kittens!! The time I stopped anticipating the birth she had them--so try to not anticipate and simply just participate. Make her comfy, lots of food and water, and peace and quiet.

Good luck and thanks for doing this for her--it won't be easy, very bittersweet!

Thanks for your replies. Lol, I can't help but help her out! Boy, I sure hope she doesn't make me wait 18 days! haha.
She was VERY restless last night between 1-2 am, then settled down. I'm going to be gone for a while today and there won't be anyone home, but we don't have a choice! I'll be gone from 11:30am(so, 50min from now) until probably around 6pm.
Her temp yesterday at 5 was 99.2.....
