Cats Fighting Outside

Whenever this happens, Zane is all:

"Where's my baseball bat! Where's my K-Bar! Where's my Glock! Where's my Uzi! Let me at 'em! Let met at 'em!"

And I'm all:

"Remain calm. Back slowly away from the cat."

So true. Before my new dog came, my crew would dash out to see what was happening. Only my alphas would dare step out of the territory and check it out but most of the time they stay put by the fence standing/sitting in a row with tails, ears, nose twitching. All facing the direction of the cat fight noise.
Nowadays, the dog handles it. He goes and barks over the noise. Like he's telling them to shut up. I think the cats ordered him to do that because they act like nothing is happening and go about their business.
