very pretty! Be care full though if you catch it at the right angel it will shine into your eye!
Please people spay and neuter your pens and pencils, we have too many teeny yellow pencils as a result of this.

I constantly have racing, random thoughts.
I just hate the 2 songs running through my head at once, because they are usually Jimi Hendricks "Red House" and the Oscar Mayer weiner song.
My DH thinks I am a bit odd because I can sometimes smell my RB kitty, Leo. He was a huge, beautiful red tabby that smelled like autumn leaves. He was the best smelling kitty ever. Scooter smells a bit like that, and I am constantly burying my nose in his fur, but he hates it when I do.

I once got the song 'The Man on the Silver Mountain" stuck in my head for about 2 weeks. It just played over and over and I thought I was going to go insane, it was like someone had suck a radio into my head. It started to interfere with my life, I couldn't sleep, couldn't think over it, it was loud. Then one day it was gone, I cried I was so happy to be rid of it! I really thought I was loosing my mind, it was horrible. (for any Trekkers out there, think of that episode of TNG where Troi has that music placed into her brain)

Trillcat...You and Emy worry me a bit.
I think it crossed the line from random to "should probably go to bed" at some point last night.

krazy kat2 - My Sherman is a big fluffy cat, with a fluffy butt. Not being able to help it, sometimes he's definitely not the best smelling cat ever.

Emy4cats - Is your ring a diamond? Do you know light slows down to around 40% of it's speed when shone through a diamond? It's one of the reasons a cut diamond is so sparkly.

I know I am strange.

Yes it is a Diamond and yes I did. Actually they said that on Super Nova Science last night
If any one watched it... I want that program to make me sing better!
I also would not mind growing some diamonds of my own. Did any one watch Nova last night? I really enjoyed it. It was sad to watch the man with turrets. It was very heartbreaking, but good to see that he found music calming.

^ I knew that before, but yes I watched it last night, too. I think Neil deGrasse Tyson is funny, there should be some of his lecture/speeches on youtube.

Do you think trees talk to eachother? I had a friend when I was younger who insisted that when we heard the leaves ratteling it really was the trees talking to eachtother.

Well I have tracked down all the lyrics to the "Jimmy" song, as I will now call it. lol
The lyrics to the "Things I Think About at Work" song:
"Another morning in my security box
Every stage has free bagels and lox
I just noticed I'm wearing two different-colored socks
Man, this Vanilla CokeÂ[emoji]174[/emoji] really rocks
My second-favorite actor has gotta be Captain Kirk
These are things I think about at work
I wonder if Abe Vigoda's still alive
I wonder if there's any doughnuts left on Stage 5
The movie Memento had a very confusing story
Will Joe Gibbs bring the Redskins back to glory?
I never met Pierce Brosnan; got the feelin' he's kind of a jerk
These are things I think about at work
I think Mr. T can take Russell Crowe in a fight (Don't you?)
I'd like to be Mr. Britney Spears for just one night
I've always thought that guinea pigs were odd (They don't even look like pigs)
The man who invented NutRageousÂ[emoji]174[/emoji] is a god
If I were Hercules, all my best friends could just call me Herc
These are things I think about at work
I used to have a next-door neighbor, and he'd yell at me when I'd cut through his yard
Either goin' to school or comin' home, and once he threw a rock at my dog
And then he'd call the cops when I'd play my music no matter how loud or quiet it was
And he had a weird limp from the second World War
And he smoked like a chimney, swore like a sailor, and he drank beer all day, and he hated my guts, and his name was Frank McGuirk
These are things I think about at work
Yeah, these are things I think about at work
Oh, these are things I think about at work
Ah-ahhhhhhhhh!"

A quote from the movie "the Color Purple"

Shug: I think it pisses God off when you walk by the color purple in a field and don't notice it.
Shug: More than anything God love admiration.
Celie: You saying God is vain?
Shug: No, not vain, just wanting to share a good thing. I think it pisses God off when you walk by the colour purple in a field and don't notice it.
Celie: You saying it just wanna be loved like it say in the bible?
Shug: Yeah, Celie. Everything wanna be loved. Us sing and dance, and holla! Just wanting to be loved. Look at them trees. Notice how the trees do everything people do to get attention... except walk?
[they laugh]
Shug: Oh Miss Celie, I feels like singing!
I love this movie and I do believe the trees talk to eachother!

That would be Honey and Almond, and if you remember that, how about the scent of Blue Halo shampoo?

The smell of Old Spice and pipe tobacco in conjunction will almost make me see my father in front of me.

As for random thoughts, today I have two. The first is that a litter of kittens conceived on my husbands birthday would be born on mine, and the second is that laryngitis is Gods way of telling me to shut my big mouth! I sure hope my fingers don't start to get cramps!

You have laryngitis right now? Oh dear, to you! I had it once, it was horrible! all that would come out of my mouth was a horrifying squeak sound that not only made my eyes water, but those around me!

Yeah, I caught the summer cold from you know where, and as my job requires a death certificate to take off (except on a weekend, then they just prop your corpse up until the end of the shift, lol) and I have to talk all day it isn't getting better too fast. The answer to my husbands prayers, I can't even talk, let alone nag!

I am in a class that also requires the same, if you are not on your death bed, you are here.
Please though, just shut up! LOL, It is the only way it will get better! Squeak that voice at them, a propped up corpse will seem a delight after the fingernails on a blackboard sound of your vioce!

Haha, you guys are so funny! I wish my random facts/thoughts were as funny as this stuff.

You know what is awesome? Being able to eat ice cream and doritoes for dinner and no one can tell me not to. You know what is even more awesome? Being smart enough to eat a salad and only a little ice cream and a few doritoes because I know it will make me sick if I only eat the ice cream and doritoes.

Being a grown up is lamer than I thought it would be when I was a kid.

I know!!!! I want to be a kid again!

My random thought for the night is about chickens. Why can't they fly? Penguins can't fly, but they can swim! Ostrages and Emus are too big to fly. Why can't a chicken fly??? Are they lazy? Or Can they swim and just not know it?

Thank you! Honey and Almond...that's it. As for Blue Halo shampoo, I have no idea but I would probably reconize it if I actully smelled it. Do they still make it?

Old Spice. Yep....that's my dad too. I actually have my dad's last bottle in a drawer (along with my mom's last bottle of Wind Song) and I open it sometimes just to smell it.

This experience has piqued my curiosity, and I've been reading about signs, symptoms, and complications of the disorder. It's been a fascinating read. She was a really sweet lady, about my own age. I can't imagine how difficult her life has been since the disease started to manifest itself. I know how self conscious I am about my vitiligo, it must be mind boggeling having to deal with NF. (Due to patient confidentiality issues, I got this random picture off the internet.)

Most of my random thoughts are either about human medicine, or feline medicine. I love learning new things!!!
For you I tracked this one down, it has been in my brain for reasons I can't explain why. LOL. A song stuck in my head.
It is from "Happy Days", Potsie teaching the Fonze about the heart.
It isn't the clip from the show but this presentation made me laugh!
