I would imagine yes, as long as she is not posing a danger on your driving... I am sorry you are losing your baby...
If you don't think she would break away from you or if another animal in the waiting room wouldn't scare her then I don't see a problem with that. I am so so sorry about your little one. Many Prayers for you both.
