She has a male that would be great to show.
Neil recommended her to us.
She answered the email really fast also.

We have a great little boy that will have rosetting when he's matured. He is just beautiful, and has a wonderful face with deep blue eyes. He also has nice color already for a SLP. Lovely temperament, also.

Great! Hope your sister is able to get a nice kitten to show.
I've always liked the seal lynx points and we have produced some awesome ones, but our focus has always been on brown rosetted, but we have some photos on our walls of several of our best Seal Lynx Points.

Seal Lynx Points are without a doubt, stunning bengal cats.

The Realms is one of the best places to get a seal cat from, in my opinion.

I am happy for your sister and for you. She chose a great breed. My hubby loves wild looking cats, and so do I. Maybe one day....
Keep us posted

My sister said she will try to post later.
The breeder said that kitten is sold now but she will have more ready to go in Dec.
The person she thought had backed out wants the kitten now.
She did send lins to some other breeders.

Sorry to hear about the kitten, but if your sister is patient and willing to wait for the right one, then she can get her dream kitten. I waited a year before I got the right Ocicat.

Lydia gave me a reference for another potential bengal. I'm not sure what a silver mink looks like. I don't know a lot so I will just put what she wrote here.

Frances,

I asked Gary Colby, Penasquitos Bengals, if he had a snow that would be good enough to show as an alter. He says he has a "Silver Mink", which means as a show cat this cat would get all her titles very quickly; she will have her own class, silver mink, and her own division, so the points would add up very quickly for her.

We got our silver Seal Lynx point, Penasquitos Tru, from Gary.

The father to the kitten is Intrepid. Intrepid is a full brother to our Ice breeders, Purrl, Crystal, and also Jewely. Tabu, the kitten's mother, is a Junglebook Cuby Coo, daughter. She is well bred and should be very typie.

Gary's prices are very reasonable.

That kitten is sold also.
He wrote back fast and gave my sister another breeders website.
My sister can wait for the right kitten.
The breeders do not have to be in California either.

Another possibilty for you is Marie at http://www.fractalfelines.com/

She has recently posted to a list I'm a member of, that she has Seal Lynx Points available. She's on the east coast. You are free to mention that I referred you.

She is a smaller, but reputable breeder. I have contacted her to let her know your sister may be in touch.

My sister did email Marie and she said they can talk on the phone thios weekend.
There are 2 kittens my sister really likes on her site that will be ready in August.
My sister wa asking me what kitten I like better because its hard to pick.
If she decides to get a kitten from Marie I told her to as of of you which kitten to go with.
Remember I was stuck on what color of sphynx to get last year.
Here is part of the email.
Let me know if you would like to chat this weekend and
> feel free to send me an email in the interim. Also,
> take a look at the site and see if you have any addtional
> questions or "favorites".
>
> Best regards
> Marie

Just a friendly correction here. When you're using Nial's name as a reference, you should note that it is not "Neil".

Thanks Sam,
I just had surgery monday and had pain meds before that.
I do know how Nial's name is spelled.
I used his name when I got Cleo.
Thats why I posted like that.

lol, it's all good. Most people call me Neil, as it's pronounced, versus "Nial", how it's spelled. I go by either, like having a real name and a nickname.

Me too - like the "Nile" river....that's what happens when you type and don't "hear" the sound of the word....so its really pronounced Neil?
