How many hours of sleep do you get a night? Do you feel it's ever enough?

I normally get a solid 7 hours and normally that's enough. Less than 7 and I tend to drag all day and any more than 7 is just too much.

I generally get around 7-8 which is optimal for me. If I get less then that I feel tired the next day and my attention span is much shorter. However I seem to get the same reaction if I sleep to much as well.

Generally between 5-6 hours a night on weekdays. I definitely dont think its enough! We wake up for work between 4-4:30am, then get home sometime between 8:30-9:30pm during the week.

well, 10 hours would be ideal
I'm not kidding either, I can and sometimes need to sleep a lot
I usually get between 7 and 8 hours a night and wake up exhausted
maybe the kitties are dancing jigs on me

I normally get between six and seven hours on a week night, with another hour of light dozing before I get up; another hour or so on weekends. Sometimes it feels like enough, but mostly not. I need a vacation.

6-7 hours during the week, 7-8 hours on weekends. I'd like to sleep more during the week, but it just doesn't work out that way.

I get around 7-9, depending on when the cats wake me up in the morning lol. Generally I feel like it's enough, but there are those funky days a couple days a week where it isn't enough and I'm tired all day. Then again, I've got some medical conditions that don't help with that tiredness
. But I will say, if I don't get at LEAST 7 hours of sleep at night, I'm useless all day long. I need my 7-9 hours if I'm to socialize with other people.

I usually get around 7 hours every night. I'm so glad that my baby is sleeping through the night now!

When in an insomnia phase: 2hrs or so
When not in an insomnia phase: 7hrs or so (longer than 8 makes me drag...less than 6 makes me groggy)

I sleep around 8 hours, but I usually feel more pep, if I sleep a little less than that.

Same exact sleep pattern here.

8 is great!
Any more and I am groggy, any less and my body and brain do weird funky things.

I have some pretty serious insomnia. I'd say generally about 2-4 hours. And no, it's not enough.

Usually around 8. It`s ok at the moment because I`m off work so I`m allowed a little lie in

The trouble starts when I go back to work and end up looking at stuff on the internet until 2am

Actual sleep or quality of sleep? I get about 7 hours a night, but half of that is tossing , turning, sort of half sleep. My mom was the same way, I never feel rested and wake up tired. Has always been this way.
