Hello everyone:

I'm about to take Mommy cat to the vet, she has diarrhea, she looks weak and she has a fever
She has a fever of 104, I had to buy a thermometer when Lucas first started getting sick.

She has had diarrhea for a couple of days, but I thought it wasn't that serious because she looked ok, but she is still sick and I'm not taking any chances. I'm afraid because she is nursing her babies and maybe they will get sick too. They look perfect, but you never know.

Bye bye for now...

It could be any number of things, from horrible to not so bad. Sending mega your way!

Good you are going to the vet.

But safeguard and buy also KMR (substitute milk). etc...

kmr of the brand KMR is best, but also Royal Canines is good.

Sending mega prayers and vibes that she recovers soon - I agree with giving KMR to the babies; she won't feel like nursing & she'll need to use all she's got strengthwise, to heal sooner & start the big lessons for them, like social skills & hunting

Thank you all for your good vibes and prayers
We went to the vet and he checked Mommy cat, her fever had lowered , Thank GOd, and he told me she is not sick, she has parasites and she is thin because she is very young and she has a lot of work feeding her babies. He dewormed her and gave me medicine to deworm the babies at home. he also gave her some shots for other types of parasites and I asked him first if they were safe since she is nursing her kitties, but he told me it was safe, he told me she could continue nursing them.

he also told me to give her pedialyte because of the diarrhea, but he told me she isn't dehydrated. I will give it to her just in case.

She is eating well and drinking water, so I guess it is not as bad as i thought. I just panicked when I saw the diarrhea wouldn't stop.

I have to take some pics of the babies tomorrow, they are too cute for words!!

Thank you all

She is eating well and drinking water,
Wonderful news!

If they have heavy or long diarrhea, it is not enough with drinking a lot of water as diarrhea takes also a lot of salts out from them.
Thus pedialyte or at least some home made variation thereof instead of common water is necessary.

good luck!
