Exclusive cat food

I made a mistake on the name of the cat food I found in a local feed store...Its not Evolve it is Exclusive cat food. I went ahead and bought a 4lb bag for 4.99. The ingredients look better than what I have been feeding them (9 lives dry). Here is the website for the one I bought. What you think good/bad/in-between...
