My bike got stolen from campus.
I am so upset I cried while walking the entire way home.
I had saved money for a year to buy it, I use it as my transportation as well as for recreation daily.
I had the best bike lock I could get and it was locked in a public place for 2 hours and it was gone. I honestly can't believe it, and I hate that it happens on campus so much and students steal from other students. It is such a very sad world we live in when things like that happen. They know how much their peers struggle, yet this still happens.
I know it's just a bike, but I almost never buy things for myself and I really loved the bike, and I can't afford to replace it. The police took my report but of course 99.9% of the time things stolen on campus never get returned to their owners. So much has happened lately and I just feel like I lose a little bit more faith in humanity everyday, more so then I gain faith from the good things that people do. And that just sucks.
