It is a polydactyl meaning multiple toed- They are wonderful cats, I have two myself and they were originally owned by Ernest Hemingway and are sometimes called Hemmingway Cats.

Cats aren't like dogs where you could just look at it and say, "This is a _______." Could be anything. Looks a bit like a marble bengal, but I can't really see the whole pattern. And usually if you have a purebred cat you would have the papers that told you as much. Six toes isn't a sign of inbreeding. I hear that poly's tend to have a very captivating personality. PixieBob's have six toes quite often. This kitty looks nothing like one though.

I cant really say what he is, the picture is small and only of his head. If you dont have papers on him you cant really call him anything. Looks like a pretty little domestic shorthair. I dont know a lot about bengals because I dont care for the whole "breeding wild cats to domestic cats" thing but I have handled many oci's, some National Winners, and that isnt an ocicat. Looks sweet though, whatever he is.
