Today's question is:
Do you have a favorite recipe that you make more often then anything else?
For me that would have to be my baked haddock. I bake it with a nice coating of seasoned bread crumbs (dill and lemon pepper) until it is nice and crispy. Then serve it with oven roasted potato wedges.
It's my healthy version of fish and chips.
I have tried it with several types of fish including halibut and tilapia but I find that the haddock works the best.
